"Partner" refers to any Hotel, Resort, or Hospitality establishment that agrees to collaborate with ONE NICE HOTEL ("ONH", "distributor", "platform") through this Affiliate Program.
"ONE NICE HOTEL" (ONH) is the digital distribution platform and curator of luxury hotel experiences, operating as the intermediary between Partner establishments and end consumers.
"Affiliate Program" means the commercial arrangement by which a Partner lists its experiences, outlets, and offerings on the ONH platform at no cost to the Partner. ONH generates revenue exclusively through a Booking Fee charged to end customers at the time of checkout.
"Experiences" refers to all bookable offerings listed by the Partner on the ONH platform, including but not limited to: Food & Beverage outlets, Spa & Wellness services, guided activities, excursions, and any experiences operated by the Partner or a third-party operator who holds a valid partnership agreement with the Partner.
"Booking" means any confirmed reservation made by an end customer through the ONH platform for a Partner's Experience.
"Booking Fee" means the 5% service fee charged by ONH directly to the end customer upon completion of their booking. This fee is collected by ONH and is strictly non-refundable. Hotel Partners do not pay any fee, commission, or levy to ONH.
By registering as a Partner and accepting these Terms & Conditions, both parties agree to be bound by all clauses contained herein.
